Microsoft acquires Proclarity

Microsoft agrees to acquire Proclarity who is the leading vendor in providing analytic solutions based on SQL Server's Analysis Services. This will certainly do good for Microsoft in BI market.

With Oracle announcing it's commintment towards its BI Suite (2 weeks back) which now includes Siebel Analytics, it will be interesting to see Microsoft's strategy.
